We provide all the surf equipment needed. All you need is a towel, a swim suit and sun screen 'cause remember you are in the sunny southeast!, but do remember to bring something warm for afterwards.

Example of 2pm lesson format:

2:00pm Arrive at Oceanics Surf School @ The Red Cottage in Tramore where you will be welcomed. You will be asked to fill in a lesson registration form (just takes 5mins, not too detailed).

2:00pm Those that are taking part in our surf lesson will gather on our deck area for a safety talk and introduction to your instructor(s).

2:10pm All participants will be given a wetsuit, and will get changed in allocated changing areas.

2:25pm Landbased instruction on the deck (A good time for photos). A quick 10 minute lesson and then it's time to hit the beach! 

2:40pm A quick practice on the beach and then together with your instructor(s), everybody enters the water, where the fun begins.

3:40pm Back to Oceanics, shower off and get changed. 

4:00pm Ready to depart Oceanics, exhilarated and looking forward to coming back!!
